Moving a kitchen will spend so much in plumbing and wiring that you will have to skimp on finishes and furniture - the things you take with you and make a place feel luxe - keep the kitchen where it is (small shifts are not a big deal but big shifts are . . I would lose the extra door from kitchen to outside and use that wall for lower cabinets - even shallow ones, and expand windows all across the back .. you can even do a pass through window with a ledge outside . . . also consider what a banquette on one side of dining space can do for gaining you 2' in the room between dining and kitchen . . room you don't need for pulling chairs out. The use of a banquette and the backwall of the kitchen could make the entire great room in the back more multi=purpose.
