My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you! We actually decorated this living room for our clients. We wish it was ours! The rug is a unique, one-of-a-kind, vintage Moroccan rug sold by Coco Carpets. Their website is: http://cococarpets.com/ They have PHENOMENAL and gorgeous options. Good luck!!!

      Not sure why shelves would be near the top of the drapes. Seems like they're just floating in space. Love the rest of the room.

      @leelee thanks! We wanted to balance the right side of the living room with the lamp on the left, as well as leave space for the fiddle fig to grow. @lphelan the coffee table is from Urban Outfitters, actually!

      @Melissasolano, a few of them are custom made, some are from Society6 and I think another was from Urban Outfitters a year or so ago. Good luck!!!
