Same drapes in dinette area or not?

I just had these drapery panels installed in the living room. Should I put the same fabric and length in dinette area? If not what would you suggest? I'm not good at this.

The dinette area is presently open and I think you should leave it this way. If you wanted to add panels it may make the area feel a little small.

I would keep it the same , that way you have a continuous harmonious look.

ResDesign, thank you for your comment. Are you saying do no window treatments in the dinette area? It would sure safe a lot of money!

I can see leaving the eating area alone, but I feel like the window behind the chairs, in the living room, needs the window treatment.

Abbyjean, thank you...I'm sort of thinking the same....that the window behind the two chairs needs the same drapes. Then leave dinette alone. Does anyone else have an opinion on this? The drapes are custom made and expensive so I want to get it right. Thanks Everyone!

You could do a window treatment in a solid color taken from the living room drapes. It needs to coordinate and the colors need to flow but it could be from a less expensive fabric and simpler style.
