Need advice on removal of kitchen wall

I'm planning on adding 2 additional windows in my kitchen on either side of the sink window, overlooking a beautiful creek view. I'm undecided if I should remove the wall to the left. I'm losing 3 cabinets that currently hold cups, glasses and wine glasses. Should I keep the left wall to store glasses, or remove this wall as well to really provide a spectacular view. How would this affect selling the home?

Would buyers miss all the wall cabinets? I'm planning on resurfacing all cabinets with white shaker doors and Uba Tuba granite. Haven't figured out a backsplash yet. Thanks

I would keep them. You might be able to live with it but I do think you would be creating an objection for future buyers. People are not very good at change and the idea of not having upper cabinets could cause them to be turned off. I love the open feel and contemplated removing a bunch of upper cabinets when I renovated my kitchen but I opted to only remove one. It is important to have some upper storage.

You'retalkinhg major structural changes to the home. Going to that expense and notreplacing the cabinetry is penny wise and pound foolish. When you're doing a 100K job, saving 15K is a drop in the bucket. The wrong drop.

I would consider glass cabinets without mullions to the left of your windows if you want a more open feel. I have them and I thought I would stress about seeing into our hodge podge but I love them and don't regret it at all.

Thank you for your comments. There are other cabinets along the range wall and I'm planning on using pull outs for all lower cabinets. The cost of replacing the windows over the sink is about 8K, and yes, it will be major structural change.

I like the idea of glass cabinets...I have very pretty wine glasses, etc and I can see how that would create more openness.

I removed all the overheads in this kitchen on the window side to enjoy the view and went with drawers for all base cabinets and put in pullout pantries along with glass door cabinets on stove side I think it looks awesome and retained the storage and it was much more practical

Leave them alone ,ours were like that and I really miss them .
