Hi,

This is my first time growing onions. Ten days ago I planted a bunch of onion transplants that I got from Dixondale Farms, and now the tips of the leaves on all of them are turning white and don't seem to be growing much. Does anyone know what the cause of this is and if they will survive?

The only thing I amended the soil with was some bags of Scotts Compost. My garlic is growing just a few feet away from the onions and doesn't have any problems.
