My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What size patio should we build??

We are building a new home and have three exits from house to back yard (mud room regular door, sliding glass door for kitchen, and french doors from family room - perpendicular to sliding glass door as family room extends back further than rest of house). I would like seating for a 90" Length oval table (seats 8) and a BBQ grill. All ideas for layout and dimensions of bluestone patio are very much appreciated! Here is the main floor plan and land plot plan.
