Can I DIY a wet bar sink?

I am putting a wet bar in an alcove. The base cabinets are only 13" deep. Each of the three cabinets are approx 15.5" wide. (51"total)

I can not find a sink that is narrow enough, so I was thinking, could I use a wine chiller as kind of a "vessel sink"? ----except that I would cut through the counter and only have about half of it (4-5") above the counter. Does anyone know what would happen to the double wall chiller when the drain is cut out? Is this a good idea??

I would be concerned about leakage. Here is a small rectangle sink. Small sinks are out there!

This sounds highly suspect. Do you have any plumbing underneath and are you planning on a faucet? (Or are you really meaning you want a dry bay with a place to chill wine?)

I have plumbing underneath and I thought the faucet could be mounted off to the side of the sink like in this: (except that my counter is much narrower and the sink would stick up about the counter.)

Kelli, thanks for this link. I have seen these and think it's too wide. (9.3") If I use it horizontally, it would only allow less than 2" of counter in the front and back. I've seen bar sinks as narrow as 8.5" but not less than that. The chiller is 6.75" wide and would allow 3" of counter in front and back.
