Bathroom Renovation - Window-in-the-shower help

The contractor proposed a Sterling Vikrell shower/bath insert over the window so the outside of the house won't be disturbed (window is one of three evenly spaced windows in front of house, facing street). The other option is a half window with obscured glass (approximately the same size as the upper half of the existing opening), and a tiled shower area. We also thought about going with the enclosure, but eliminating the window entirely so we won't have to worry about it. Either way, a proper ventilation unit will be installed and possibly a skylight for this 5x8 bath. Any thoughts?
