Honestly, I was hoping for a beautiful xeriscape planting that would be a great example on how to have a water free garden. The architectural change is a big improvement, but the landscape is more a tired 1950's look than what most designers are doing in 2015.

Nice improvement but it would have looked better white.. and more authentic. This looks like a Spanish style home trying to be Tuscan. Eggnog color :/

also, on the website gallery it lists a home in "Handcock Park". Isn't it called "Hancock Park"?
