This is from Craftmade and offers wall lights also that you may need for the home in the future.

Since your budget is already over and you can't see the light there now for the tree think about embedding lighting in the slope and along the drive and walkway. Leave the one you have there or take it away completely.

I love modern with mad men retro look, what should I do with my windows? I collect modern art.

These windows leave little room for art. But I suggest you start a new thread for this portion of your questions and offer more views of the room including dimensions of walls - windows - doors - openings.

The art is going on the other walls

I understand that but without seeing the entire room - the adjoining areas and no perspective of size it's hard to makes suggestions. I'm sure you don't want to go back to the fafoo look of 1950/1960

Although what would work are roller blinds which have made a huge comeback. There are many looks you can use to work with your furnishings.

I suggest - with the views and light offered in the windows that you consider solar blinds and a drape combo.

I like image 3,

HI -- Great windows --- windows of that time would be full pull / draw drapes on the whole wall done in a loose weave fabric like a boucle' with sheers under or you could have wood blinds for today's style . A display easel for a painting or a pedestal for a sculpture would be a nice addition .

Wood blinds are you kidding.

That is really out there on the left veils ..;)

Left field ....:)
