Assuming you'll have a tv, and maybe on left wall, so that couch is what you see as you enter/ what about mirror[s] on entry wall, even something like this little bar set-up [Ikea couch]. Also need for hat tree unit/ storage on that wall.

Do you want to hide tv in a unit? if so, could go between windows, but might be crowded there. Then this layout which like any other layout would need end tables/ sofa tables, whatever has double use.

I wouldn't do a stacked W/D there. I would do two units on he floor with counter built-n around them and nix the laundry sink because I'd build the kitchen around that and you will not need two sinks in the room. You could still have floor to ceiling pantry type cabinets for broom closet, etc.

Put the kitchen sink under the window and build your kitchen out from there, keeping in mind your work triangle. You have space for a roomy U-shaped kitchen, there, and may add a rectangular table and chairs across from your W/D area. In the front of that room, you could put in more storage, have a reading/coffee nook or whatever. It's right in the traffic area, so I wouldn't put your dining there, but you have room for a small area for something.

The sink is not yet installed. The idea was to use it for like when mopping or such. I did not decide on if to inclose it or not, looking for direction. And yes it is a load bearing wall, so did not want to knock down stuff. It is a concrete wall as all the wall are.

Personally I don't like sinks for dirty jobs in kitchen. I'd enclose it in same unit as the laundry unit/ double doors sort of. So that over the sink would be shelving for detergent... still room for broom, etc..

Krismays, you suggested a rectangle table with chairs across form the W/D unit, and still plenty room for a u shape kitchen but I am not seeing that with the measurements I have shown in the diagram

In front of the window, a sink and cabinets underneath. You have 50 inches on both sides of the sink, so next to the window on both sides for upper cabinets add a cabinet with glass doors - you will need to decide if this is 18,21 or 24 inches. Then I think you can add another cabinet and when you get to the corners add corner cabinets. Add cabinets to the bottom and put in lazy susans at the corners.

On the right side add cabinets - upper and lower and then put in your built-in refrigerator. You will need to get rid of the utility sink(can use bathroom to wring out mop). Create a cabinet with doors for the stackable washer and dryer and the broom closet.

On the left side add cabinets, maybe 24 inches upper and lower, then put in your stove and range hood. Further down, where the 165 inches is, add a half wall(3 feet long), and then you can put in a round or rectangular table, or maybe a banquet on the wall that seats 2, and the table that will have 3 chairs.

In the front where you have the 24 inches, add a chair and a lamp for reading.
