I have a new member in my family so I decide to make some changes in my home.

I will be very grateful if someone help me with some ideas, I need 2 beds with one bath for both.

The office is going to become a living room to make the dinner a little bit bigger.

I have some savings to build no more of 450 sqf

So you want to turn a 1 bedroom house into a 3 bedroom house. To get you started, what are you thinking. You can put the 2 new bedrooms, on the side of the office, or the side of the garage or on the side of the master bedroom. I guess they would be about 15x10 each, sharing a 10x12 bathroom...something like that?

You are right, that's what I want.

I would like to build the area between the dinner and the master bedroom, one hall to the backyard could be fine. The the measures you say are good.

The dimensions on your diagram are showing 20' 9" and 16' 4", this is roughly 320 sq feet. Are you going to expand it to the 450 sq, because 320 is tight.

Yes shirlpp I can do it. I also would like to open a door from the kitchen to the new area to have a small pantry (if possible of course)

Hello - 28' was added, so it is 28x16. You will need to save it and then look at it. The bedrooms are 10'x13' and the bath is 8'x13'. You can switch the bedrooms to be next to one another and have the bathroom on the end(would not be jack n jill then). The entrance into the bedroom across from the master can be where I have it or from the other hall(like the other bedroom). I hope this gives you a starting point.
