I don't, but I do have a Fagor oven (30", discontinued) which not many on here do. I am very pleased with the way it cooks - mostly because the convection is "true" - meaning I can bake 3 trays of cookies at the same time and they come our evenly baked without rearranging the trays during cooking.

Thanks for the info, even baking is good... glad to hear you like it. There doesn't seem to be any reviews out there for it. I really liked the idea of having the side opening door (on my model) and the price is much, much lower than any others that have that feature. Hopefully I will get some more comments in the next month or so, before I order... :)

Susan, Fagor just isn't a large player in the market and they haven't been hear that long either.

They have small sales numbers and most of that is concentrated around NYC where their HQ is. So, you aren't likely to find many "reviews" about their gear.

I did find some very favorable reviews on the oven before this one. Also their small appliances get great reviews, which may not reflect but. Also they are a huge, well thought of company in Europe which must mean something. I do think the only issue would be not quality but finding someone to work on them, or even parts at whatever point. Something to consider... don't know if one stove repair is that different from another???
