My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    We designed the metal screens and provided the CAD drawings to the laser cutter. The laser cutting company is Precision Water Jet in the city of Orange CA. They even helped us bend the metal panels.

    It would really have to depend on how many you plan to make, where you plan to get them fabricated and if they need to be shipped. Pricing of the ones we had fabricated for the Walnut Residence would not be useful as they were produced over five years ago. Call our office and we would be happy to discuss your needs.
