LOVE modern. Although the aluminum are more expensive I would recommend
them; the aluminum windows go great with modern houses. If you haven’t found a particular brand, check out Jeld-WEN
aluminum – we use match them to Fleetwood at times as the look is almost
identical and they come with a good cost saving.

The big difference in the windows is the thickness of the profile. For a contemporary home, you'll likely want aluminum in a color other than white.
