My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Christmas Gifts sent

These are a couple of items that I did for friends and sent for Christmas. Wish I had a better pic of the pinwheel quilt - just can't find one! The quilt was done from a box of scraps that my friend found in her parent's basement after they passed. She sent them over a year ago, feeling sentimental, asked if I could 'do something' with them. Last year I made her a little stuffed scottie dog, but there were sooo many kinds of seersucker scraps in the box, that I felt it must be something her mom had used lots! Come to find out, it was from little jammies, etc, that the Gram had made for the kids (now in their 30s!). and the lil tapestry thing has a prayer that's been sitting on my desk for at least 2 or 3 years (or more!)...always said, "well, I'll embroider that for him" but never figured the way to do it til just in November!!! (I'm a lil slow on the draw!!)

    I know they loved them and I'm sure more than a couple of tears ran down their cheeks upon opening these precious gifts. Beautiful work!
