We just purchased a house with a couple of slate tile showers. I'm sure they were beautiful in the beginning, 6 years ago, but don't think the previous owners kept them sealed. We now have a lot of soap sum and I am trying to find the best way to it without harming the slate. We also want to restore the slate and then finally seal it.
