Really happy to see you can manipulate Ikea cabinets for an undermount farmhouse sink and a microwave in the island. Can I ask what size cabinets you used for these?

The sizing just depends on the appliances or the sink you use. The sharp microwaves typically fit in a 24" 3 drawer cabinet = B3D24. The farm sink here is a 36" = SDD36 = their standard farm sink cabinet. Their standard farm sink cabinet works for a lot of other farm sinks, but we often get shorter doors than are recommended. There is a filler strip above the doors and below the farm sink to make it very tight.

How do you get smaller doors then what is recommended? That makes different sizes?
