I have a similar situation with our remodel, a 5' Memoirs tub along a 6' wall. How wide is your storage niche? I see it sits to the right due to framing for the tub. I think it's a great idea to max storage, but the husband doesn't like an offset. I'm using a 3x6 beveled tile around the tub at 10' plus a chair rail and wainscoting with the tile and base below so it has to end into the tower as well. I was planning open shelves on the upper portion and a cabinet door for the lower section to look like a full built-in cabinet. Any suggestion from your install?

Note my cabinet and sink are on the opposite wall

how big is this bathtub, is this a full size 5' tub? It looks shorter than that.

I love this bathroom. How high is the shampoo cubby off the floor of the tub and what are its dimensions? Looks maybe 12"hight and 30 wide? why did you locate it between courses of tile rather than at the edge of a tile? My tub and cubby will be exactly like this.
