It was a BM color, but I can't remember which one as the home owners did not have it selected at the time of the building specs being produced. I want to say it was Ben Moore, "white chocolate" or something similar. The key is selection the color with small samples on the brick but ONLY when the brick has been properly sealed with the proper brick sealer for the paint color that you select. This is important in making the paint last for 20 years instead of 5.

After Review from this clients files, the correct color is in fact :

Benjamin Moore "Sail Cloth", for the Brick
Benjamin Moore- "Fairview Taupe" for the fascia and trim colors.
