A green paint on the shutters would be attractive.

Cute house! Your brick is pretty neutral so you can go in several directions with color. If you would like shutters, please consider replacing them with something more appropriately sized. They should be large enough to look as though they would cove the windows if closed. I'd say you need something almost twice as wide. Something like Benjamin Moore's Mallard Green would be pretty on your shutters.

I like olive and sage greens on brick houses.

am I correct that you are only painting wood trims? If so, look at SW greenblack, SW blackmagic and Farrow and Ball's Downpipe-sample them all-one is greenish, one is reddish, one is blueish-you will know your preference when you see a sample painted on your house.

The shutters are too small remove them, a nice gray/ green will work for paint i would add anice front porch along the left side to give some depth to the front of the house
