Backyard help!

My concrete is cracked and hazardous, would like to have new flooring, concrete, composite deck or pavers? We have extra space that we don't know what to do with covered with dirt and muddy when it rains. I would like to incorporate a hammock, jacuzzi and fireplace in yard to relax but don't know where to start???
