Personally I think they look weird. I'd rather have a micro edge.

I saw them at the tile show in Miami several years ago. I gave them some installation tips and told the guys at the Integra adhesives booth to stop by and speak with them.

I like the look and they seem to be good quality.

Did you ever get the TopZero? Any feedback?

I did not get a top-zero. I was unable to locate enough real user reviews and installation costs were really high, so I decided to go with a blanco silgranit under-mount that had great reviews and no installation up-charges. I'm all about proven winners and the blanco certainly is. I love it as much as everyone else. I purchased it online and got a reasonable deal.

I think it was just the early stages of the product (at least out here in Colorado) and hopefully there are more reviews and fewer up-charges these days.

I just got an email notification about activity in this thread and I thought I should offer some feedback about TopZero sinks since I have two of them in my kitchen. I FREAKING LOVE THEM!

I'm not sure what more there is to say. If you like the way they look in their marketing materials and you can find a fabricator who can execute, you will be very happy. I have no regrets and if I was building another kitchen I would want no other sink.

Good Choice. Five years later I have a mess. Top Zero says it's the installer's responsibility and the4 installer says it's a sink defect. Either way, I'm screwed!

Top Zero and Jackson Stoneworks in Gainesville FL blame each other. My sink has a chuge crack along backside of sink. I was told to just get a new sink.

I have a large double sink and a prep sink, about three years later and they are as good as the day they were installed with no signs of failure. The integrity of the counter and sink are highly dependent on the installer. There is literally no margin for error with these sinks; TopZero has a certification process and I wonder if your fabricator did the training?

In any case, you can consider me a very satisfied customer and if done right TopZero is a very modern and unique touch that will elevate your kitchen.

uscpsycho thank you for taking the time to answer. I'll ask the fabricator to see if he has any experience with Top Zero sinks. What about if you'd like to change the sink with a new one say in 10 years - is it removable?

Pictures please. I'd go to Gainsville to get a solution. I've retrofitted several TZs. Made in Turkey, they are exceptionally nice sinks.

@joseph Corlett - when top zero is attached the only solution to take it out the cut the stone as you did in some of your jobs? If you had to choose would you choose Neoroc from Kohler or Top Zero?

The only reason to recut the stone on a TZ retrofit is if the new sink is larger than the old. I'd get a TZ out of an opening without harming the top if the same size was going back in.

Your second question is like asking would I buy a Ford or a Chevy. You have to decide which tradeoffs are most important to you when it comes to composite or stainless steel regardless of brand.

Sink started cracking at the edge. Top zero came out to repair, tech refused to finish saying these cannot be installed in 1/2” ket alone 1” Corian and claimed it was incorrectly installed and that Corian was too soft, the counter was too thin and he refused to touch it after starting one corner for fear of damaging out counters. We hoped he resolved the issue by putting in supports under the sink to help with vibration from the disposal. He claimed the disposal was causing it to come loose but they never gave us a real concrete straight answer as to why this was coming apart from the countertop.

Now sink is worse (see photos), it’s completely coming apart from the countertop around the perimeter of the entire sink. We asked for the owner Yavuz to meet with our countertop company at the same time to resolve for a permanent fix. It’s been weeks and will only send a tech again and wants to CHARGE US????.

I regret this costly decision as this is not what was sold to us. If this was incorrectly installed all they need to do is let us know while the countertop company is there. But because they are refusing to work with us and come out to see this mess, we can only assume it’s because they know these sinks do this as other reviews show the same issue.

By them not willing to even see this (they are miles within our home), they leave us in a situation where the countop people feel they installed it correctly. It’s a game of finger pointing and someone will be responsible for a new sink and new countertops if that’s the permanent solution.

Top Zeros ‘fix’ was not permanent. It’s not sanitary. And it cuts my arm from the sharp steel exposed now.

Someone is responsible and it’s definitely not us. Yet we are the ones a year later still dealing with this mess. As a designer I would NEVER recommend to my clients, unless I wanted enemies. This was not cheap to have installed, buyer beware.

Read ALL the negative reviews online, on Amazon, on Reddit, on Instagram. Buyer beware. Someone will be responsible for a new countertop and it won’t be us.

One of us has two beautiful, properly installed TZ sinks and one of us is ranting about a failed installation instead of doing what very obviously (to everyone else) needs to be done.
