The granite would be a nice choice, or you can go more neutral, with the cabinet color and the flooring. I don't care for the white glass tile with the combo. It is too contemporary and reads cold with rest if the elements. For the backsplash, a beige travertine with accents of red onyx would be really nice with the floor. If you really love the white backsplash I would suggest painting the cabinets white.

I suggest granite countertop with a honey based color.
