Hello houzzers...am desperate for help. We just bought this house and I am so challenged in the design dept. I am completely lost. I want to modernize the kitchen without changing appliances or countertop at least for now. I would like to get rid of the wallpaper, paint the walls and put glass and stone backsplash and get a couple of pendant lights and 4 recessed lights. I want the kitchen to light up. I really need help with the paint color. My whole house is bleeker beige. Should I put the same color in the kitchen? What color tiles would go with the counters and cabinets? Any other ideas on how to decorate the kitchen or the open room? Thanks so much.
