I like the children-themed panels they sell at this place. I see one with jungle animals that could easily be cut into square blocks and then offset with rail fence blocks of the green, gold and brown prints. That assumes you want it fast and easy like I do. If you want more work, you could easily offset those focus animal blocks with flying geese trees or something but that's a lot of work. Just my two cents.

Pinterest should have a sizeable group of ideas for baby quilts and searching just for jungle themes will narrow the choices. The Mar/Apr 2016 issue of Quiltmaker magazine has the cutest zebra quilt and free pattern w/instructions.

Of course if its gonna be a boy you might have to change up the pink and use something different for the flowers. I just really like the happy zebra - then call it Zak Zebra.

There are some really nice looking fabrics there. Very tempting to order but I will hold myself back.
