My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Hi Ryan,

      Thank you for your interest in our Valencia Black. All of our units are under 10 year manufacture warranty that covers all parts including the electronic parts. We do have an option to add a lifetime warranty at the time of purchase for $395.00. We also give an option to our on line customers, a free lifetime warranty for a positive feedback based on our customer service provided to customers.
