The quilt I've been whining and complaining about for months is FINALLY done! Finishing it has been on my monthly goal list for what feels like forever!
The first block was started four or five years ago in a guild class with Suzanne Marshall. It's hand appliqued and hand quilted. It's about 45 X 60.
Earlier today I was nearly done sewing the binding and starting to do the happy dance, when DH asked, "You have to put the rod thingie on it, too, right?" I'd completely forgotten that it needed a hanging sleeve! But that's done now, too. It's in the wash and as soon as it's dry we're hanging it in the master bedroom.
I can finally do something else! LOL
