Need for help to design on living and dining room ceiling

hi all, The living and dining rooms form a rectangle, a door in the middle, a width of 1.2 meters. I would like to distinguish between the living and dining rooms through the ceiling, but the dining room is only 2 meters wide.Could you provide some suggestions?
