Some that I mailed out cards too must not have received them. When I went to the post office to mail most of them, I put them into the outside post office box, It was overflowing. I wonder if someone took some of them thinking maybe they had gift cards in them. If so, I bed they were disappointed to find seeds.

Linda, I've had several go unacknowledged as well, some of them from people I know. Maybe they will eventually make it to their destinations.

I too have cards out there not accounted for. Alana I sent to you hopefully, you get it soon.

I haven't received a response for half of my cards, but everything happens for a reason, and I just hope that some day, somewhere, they land and the seeds fall to the ground where they sprout and make someone's day.

On now I'm off to my New Year's Weekend with my someone special! You all have a safe, sane, Happy New Year!!

I got another card! Micyrey sent California giant zinnias seeds and a homemade book mark! Loved them both! Thank you so much!

I suspect some folks are away and have not received their cards yet. I know that I am out of town this week, and I would guess I am not the only one.

I need one more word for Bingo.

I need three more words. I just double checked and I had actually missed two.

I am almost certain that I have thanked all who have sent me seeds. Such generosity here on Houzz. I am not certain if everyone I have sent to has mentioned they received their cards. I haven't had time to check on everyone. Christmas is a busy time.

Don't forget to leave feedback on Rate an Reviews. I always do mine all at once after the New Year and I know I have received all that have been sent.

Happy New Year to everyone. Margo/smitties

I don't think in my case that it is that people have not posted. For at least a couple of folks, I think the mail is on an extended road trip.

I got a sweet card from Darrin's Elly yesterday.

I went through the cards I got and made sure I had a Thank You for each elf who sent one.

I still have 6 cards floating around that I sent out on the 15th. But of those 6 are 3 people who haven't written in at all, so I am trusting that those cards have arrived and are waiting for the people to come home from holiday fun.

The other 3 cards might be stuck in a postal pile. . . . . they were stuffed and might've needed extra stamps.

(In order to avoid such mishaps, I stood in line at the post office so each envelope could get weighed. Each had one stamp on it that my granddaughter stuck on for me. But a nice P.O. worker was going through the line and "tickled" each envelope to estimate the postage and he took about 10 away somewhere, I guess to make my time at the window shorter. Out of the 14 left, I put an extra stamp on 9 of my cards and gave them to the clerk.)

I hope those cards make it someday. This year I had much more of what people wished for, and I'm thankful for all the seeds that did arrive to their very special gardeners.

And I am thankful to Kym for hosting again and taking time at the busiest season of the year to give us games and fun and opportunities to make friends.

    ONE more Bingo word!!

Happy New Year to Everyone and Love,

    Susie

Way to go Susie - I have 3 bingo to go :)

Personally, I woulldn't mind if those of you who sent cards to me let me know if you haven't seen a response. I'd check to see if it's in my banded pile and got missed. Also I think there is a chance of some postal machine mutilation revenge.

I've especially enjoyed this swap and thank you flowers4ever62 for hosting! I have a small family and my friends don't send cards anymore, so I don't get hardly any Christmas cards. This has been so special to get Cards and greetings in the mailbox over the holidays. It's been a real "pick me up".

I am late on thanking my secret santas. I just returned from a warm vacation to Florida and returned to cold Northern Virginia. My house sitter ( she had to watch my plants ) LOL... had the cards sitting in a nice stack ready for me to open.

Thank you to each and every one of you that thought of me and sent me some seeds. This is my first Christmas without my husband, so this swap has been a nice distraction. Everyone sent me some goodies that I am winter sowing this weekend. :)

I hope everyone had a great Christmas!

Michael - Nasturtium, Coneflower and Veronica

Karen Holt - Veronica, Violas, Cactus Zinnia, Gaillardia

Susie Chunat - Tropical Milkweed and sweet alyssum

Hey, Tammy! I got your lovely card today and I am so happy to have all these packets of seeds, especially the wallflowers. I've only been able to get wallflower seeds by picking them out of wildflower mix packs, which takes forever! Thank you very much for sharing them and the seeds for marigolds, which I can't get enough of, and rudbeckia, which I love.

    Thanks for making my day!

    Happy Gardening New Year!

    Susie

Looks like I missed out on the fun, will have to participate next year

I received a pretty glittery card from mcc371 with Siberian Wall Flower Seeds. Looked it up, it's a pretty scented biennial. Thanks Tammy.

Annie, I thought I was going crazy not finding prancer. Lol. I checked several times then thought maybe I wrote the wrong thing down. Thanks for making me feel better. Margo.

I had a word that never showed up, too! It wasn't Prancer, it was "cards". I even went back and checked all of the Bingo cards, and it wasn't there. I needed that one word for Bingo, lol. Well, maybe next year! I hope all of you have a beautiful New Year's Eve, and a New Year full of God's blessings! Has anyone made any resolutions? I have two main ones, to start my blog, and to be more organized!!! Happy New Year!!

Thanks! It is my birthday, which probably is why I was lucky. I saw "cards" in yesterday's words, Darlyn, but don't recall seeing "Prancer." I don't recall whether there actually was a prize for the game either, but it was fun playing. Happy New Year, everybody!

Thanks to everyone who sent me a card with seeds in them. I have enjoyed looking at each one. I had thanked several already but these last ones I received my granddaughter opened and hung them all up across my den as a surprise to me coming home from work. All the seeds were placed in a ziploc bag. I sent out cards to some on the list and then to everyone I received one from as well. Thank you all for blessing my life. I hope all of you have bright and colorful gardens in the new year and that they are plentiful.

    Happy New Year Everyone!!

Today I came home from my New Year's Weekend, and found a package and a card from Tammy! Grumpy got into the seeds and mixed them into a container for me, but I believe Tammy sent some zinnias and gourds, along with a bunch of other seeds. Tammy, thank you for it all! And I'll put the seed bags to good use too! Thank you!!!

You're right, Audrey! The word "cards" was there! Don't know how I missed it, especially since I even double-checked! lol Oh well, guess I would have had Bingo too, but it was my fault for missing the word! It was fun to play, either way! Can't wait till next year's game!

I'm so sorry to hear about your mother's passing. It's so hard to lose someone you love, but around the holidays it can feel unbearable. Sending lots of thoughts of peace and healing your way.

I want to thank everyone in this swap for being so warm and generous. It has been such a treat to receive beautiful cards and seeds, but it's truly heartwarming to know someone went out of their way to make my day a little brighter. I hope you all find peace and joy in your gardens this year!

To my gardening friends, I hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas and and an even better New Year. I know I am a bit late in expressing my gratitude, but it's being an emotional roller coaster for me. Much as happened to lower my sprite, but my friends here have help tremendously to make this a great Christmas season for me.

I would like to thank the following people who have so graciously shared a part of their garden with me. To Heavenlyfarm, thank you for Miss Jekyll Blue and Clematis seeds. And yes I was surprised. Your thoughtfulness was appreciated.

To VA (no alias in card). Thank you for so many seeds. Some of my favorites includes Foxglove mix, Spinach, Bee Balm and Celosa Pink. I will be busier than a bed trying to plant so many seeds. Thanks again.

To CH, thanks you for Bonanza Harmony Marigold, Asclepius incarnate (swamp Milkweed and Cassia Alana. You've helped to make this gardener feel so special.

    (Cont from previous post)

From AKH, I received Salvia Cuccinea and Aulepiss (yellow). Your thoughtful has helped to brighten my day. Thank you so much.

NSP, Wow! Thank you, thank you, thank. If I had to pick a favorite seed from the many that you send, I would have to say that Okra, Basil and Squash are some of my favorites. Thanks for sharing a little part of your garden with me.

And finally from Nottougly, 2 of my favorites, Zinnia and Cosmos. Thanks so much. I am sure that these will brighten my garden.

And to everyone, I say enjoy your gardens until we meet again.

Kym, thanks for including me in this very special swap. Each card and seed package were a joy to receive. I can truly say that my Christmas was better because of everyone here.

    Blessings!

Yesterday, I received a lovely note from Elly and Roy. The envelope had a postmark of what looks like December 14.....had to chuckle a bit. Elly, your Darrin would have had a "funny" line for the mail taking its sweet old time to get to its destination......Bless you Darrin.

    Happy New Year!!

    Annie

I was out of town but returned home to find a hand knitted mini scarf from micyrey, a Christmas card and California Giant Zinnias! I already found a mini creature to put the scarf around - so cute! Thank you for your thoughtfulness!!

Redthreaddiy, would you be interested in trading some tomatoes? You've got several varieties I'm Uber interested in

I opened my mailoox today and found the mailman had delivered a Christmas card from Alana/poisandartfrog that was postmarked December 16. Better late then never and I hope Alana wasn't feeling missed out because I had not thanked her. I will be personally messaging her when I am done posting this. She sent the cutest little glittery card and some white cosmos seeds for my memorial garden. I just wonder how many cards for members are out there somewhere waiting to be delivered. LOL

    Margo

redthreaddiy I'm glad it made it!! I'm not sure what happened except when I got to the bottom of my mess on my desk I found your card and popped it in the mail. I thought I had mailed it long ago, but I figured if I was on the receiving end I'd be glad to get it even if it was almost Easter!!! ha Heidi
