Forgot to add that the cabinet color is a bit off in this pic...it has a bluish tone to it.

If you want a neutral then you definitely want the lightest gray in the stonework. If you want more of an accent color, how would you feel about a (very) pale purple? It's quite different, but would look cool with those cabinets.

I would say a warm gray! One of the grays with a more brown undertone than blue.

I tend to play it safe and prefer neutrals...but paint is very easy to change.

I like what I see so far - you should show more of the room. White paint allows more view of white sink and other features....?

Pull a color from the stone on the wall .. whether it is a gray or brown tone it will blend in the space much better.

I agree, a color from the backsplash or is it stone? Looks like a pale taupe would work.

I do know that I don't want the brown in the tile and stone to dominate...so need color that could help with that. I don't know if I could go with pastel.

My tub is not in yet but will post more pics...

If you brought towel, shirt, anything to play with color.... not soft pastel, but maybe in between whitened and fully saturated.

OR -- this is sort of what I wondered about -- some blue and some the other.

The blue looks really good here....my cabinets are not straight gray. I would have to find the right kind of blue to pull this off. Off to paint store to buy some samples!
