I would keep the colour light as the backsplash/countertop and floors are more on the dark side. I suggest a neutral with a green undertone - something like Revere Pewter or Classic Gray by Benjamin Moore might be nice. I'm not familiar with that granite & it can be hard to tell on the computer when looking at images, but that is my advice.
