Um...what greenhouse? Brand? Model number? Have you tried Googling it?

Appearance international is the company. Tried to google it.

Can't find it - the actual link/name/model...??? It may be because I can only see the ones that "ship to Canada" - can't seem to get rid of that - but still. There are 92 of them.

There is no "Appearance International" from my searches. There is a company called "International Greenhouse Company" but I don't see that model in their hobby listings. You need to give us the link to the actual item you bought. Or call the company you bought it from - they should be able to help you.

Aha - so it is on Abba Patio's website, but not under any of their headings/product listings. A search on "greenhouses" on the site found it though, at over $200 more than it's sold for on Amazon. One has to wonder if they don't want to actually sell directly to the public!!? Hide the product! I do hope you get a response out of them - one of the comments for this item on the Amazon listing is that they didn't respond to emails sent to customer service. Definitely try calling. BTW - the product listing even says "assembly instructions have been standardized for simplicity from start to finish"...they could put them on their website. (I'm a webmaster...these things bug me.) ;)

Well, looking at the photo my first question is: How hard could it be to just figure it out? I'm not being smart; I'm serious. There aren't many different parts; just look at the photo and duplicate it.

Ladies, the link is in my comment with the phone and email for customer service,. If that leads to nothing, she should grab a packing slip and send back : ) TO CHINA where it came from!!!!
