The same room requires the same choice in material, but obviously custom sizes.

Is the one area for a "breakfast table"? And the other a "keeping" area? Or are they going to be considered as one space?

I would first start by addressing if you need privacy in the 2 windows. I would put those in first. Then I would add a layer to the front, either a valence or stationary drapes. I would hang the soft treatments at the same height. This will hide the fact that they are not the same. If you look at my photos on my Houzz, you will see many jobs where I "hide" this scenario.

I would do the same length drapery on both windows. This will create continuity of the space.

Also if you need/want to create or balance width, try this trick.

Of course, the same drapes hung at the same height and falling 1/8" from the floor. You have just enough room to put skinny rods between the crown molding and the tops of the windows. Thin rods like the pic below.

FYI, drapes should be 2 to 2.5 times the width of the windows. If your window is 50 inches wide then two 50" panels is a minimum. You want your drapes to drape even when closed and not look like a sheet thrown over a rod.
