Basil! insect or disease

Hey guys i'm new here and so is my basil i've been growing it for around a 2 months and these black spots have arised just a few days ago. The plant has come out of a small fungus gnat infestation around 3 weeks ago and now i have these black spots! Do you know if its something bad? I've been researching online for similar photos and all pointed to the four lined plant bug. Help please i dont want it to die haha.
