I've been considering purchasing this unfinished tiny home. The frame work is complete but siding and roofing need to be finished. Does anyone have a rough idea on how much it would cost to build up and add a room upstairs instead of downstairs? And the cost to fully finish the tiny home? Also this home is located at the top of a steep flight of stairs.
