My cabinets are not as pretty - I have an older kitchen, but I love my lighter quartz with subway tile backsplash. I was going to do a white subway tile, but after the countertops were in, I felt white would be too harsh with my wood tone, though I have seen it look great with other mid-tone wood cabinets. I went with a cream subway tile instead. There is both white and cream in my countertop, so I could do either. To be sure, I painted a section of the backsplash white, then color matched my cream tile to paint and painted another section cream and decided he cream was the way to go.

If your style leans to a farmhouse sink, the Kohler Whitehaven "short apron" style can be installed on a standard sink base cabinet. That is the sink I have. The Kohler Vault is a stainless farm sink and also comes in a "short apron" style. Both also come in a "tall apron" style, so be sure to order the right one if ordering online.
