construction estimate in Georgia

Hi All,

We have been trying to get a rough estimate on the construction costs of a campground style shower house.

We are looking for contractor or company referrals and if possible a rough estimate.

ideally there would be 2 sides (men's and women's? 2-3 stalls each side and 2 shower stalls each side. I have attached pictures of our inspiration building.

Hire an architect, who will come up with some sketches. If you like them, and figure you can work with them, you can agree to go to the next step of drawing up plans. It's quite a process, and also involves a structural engineer, and quite possibly, a landscape architect. From there, it goes to the city for approval. Ask the architect for recommendations for a contractor early on. They are essential to bring in early to establish rapport with the architect.
