Having hard time finding a pull-out waste bin for IKEA sink cabinet

I am having a really hard time finding a pull-out waste bin to fit under an IKEA farmhouse sink. I don't like IKEA own bins because they are too small (I would like something in 30L/8 gal range ) and their lids are not hinged. To my surprise most of the pull-out waste bins on the market come without lids. I don't quite get why. Waste frequently has an odour and why anyone would want it open is beyond me. A few bins that come with the lids or have a lid available as an option are too tall for the cabinet opening, which is about 19-1/4". It seems that there are some top-mount bins that might fit but there's nothing to attach them to in the cabinet...

I have something similar to this from IKEA and wouldn't consider placing the trash under the sink as there is not enough room for trash and recycling.

30L is pretty big to fit under a sink. It would require even more room if you want a hinged lid. Perhaps consider going with a smaller bin that attaches to the cabinet door. This model from Simple Human is 2.6 gallons and can be attached directly to the inside of the cabinet or hung over the top edge as shown here.

I haven't mentioned it but I do already have an 18" base cabinet with two big recycling bins. However, I need a third one for the waste. This was supposed to go under the sink. from my experience 30L is a perfect size for a waste bin and many bins of this size almost fit. They just need to be a little bit lower... With regards to bins hanging on doors, I don't really like them. Besides being small I think they result in doors being dirty all the time on the inside.
