We have heard and thought about options of backsplash from brick patterned white subway against which I have a bias to the same quartz slab which may come with high customization cost. We would like to use some ceramic tiles that have interesting patterns without making it too busy. Marble tiles were considered but ruled out because of the inevitable maintenance burden due to our heavy cooking routine. Any suggestions?
