Hi! I don't like the free standing mirror in that location. Is that the only place for it? Yes, it is too short. But you could get a strong "easel" and set it on an easel, but that takes up quite a bit of room, which it doesn't look like you have? It might be better hanging on the wall to the right of the TV?

nice mirror,,,too short for freestanding. Unless you're a little person. Hang it on the wall.

And Flo is right,,never stand it in the corner. Only plants can free stand in the corner.

You have the chaise type seating on the other side. I wouldn't weigh down that side of the room with a heavy piece. You could change up the shape slightly since everything in the room is squared.

I wouldn't like the mirror there as every time I rolled over in bed, I would scare myself! lol I like the idea Porter has about hanging the mirror and a small bench under it. But you have enough furniture in this space. Some soft drapery panels would also give the room a more "finished" look. Are you thinking about doing that?

Yea, I think I would move it to the other side of the TV! Haha, I almost spit out my coffee laughing at this picture in my mind! so funny!

OOhh, I love the idea of a blush on the walls in your bedroom. So pretty. Nice though Beth! Your walls look pretty creamy to me, but photos on the Internet are horrible to get the right tones.

i love that painting over the bench for your room. especially if you go w/a blush color on the walls. then bring in some warm gold/or silver metallic elements.

I can't really see the bench material. but it could work at the foot of your bed or over against the wall w/ mirror above it.

But I had something like this in mind

or, hang your mirror and do a little slipper chair in the corner next to it w/a little sheepskin rug
