I would suggest a better use for the money. Go to a nearby river and toss the money from a bridge, or send it to me.

You can go to a proper lighting store and buy something with all questions answered for that kind of money.

by the way, I've bought cheap light fixtures from US stores, and upgraded the electrical parts if I felt they were too shoddy or too old (esp old lamps from thrift stores). the parts are really inexpensive at lowes, home depot, etc.

I would try not to buy anything for building from China.

I bought a gorgeous modern vanity light for a bathroom and it was an LED light, I took down my old light and prepared to install when i noticed the inside of the chandelier cup was scorched from the led box! I almost put this in my old lath and plaster wall.
Thank you for mentioning the UL rating. That’s exactly what I was trying to find when buying.

You just have to do your research. Look at UL listing, wattage, where it's manufactured and shipped from. Being made overseas doesn't necessarily mean it's inferior or won't work in the US, but you would be better off getting lighting from a known source. The US has different wattages and voltage and regulations than other countries.
