Cleaning up hardscaping

I inherited some nice hardscaping when we moved in last year but now I have to clean it! What is the best way to do this? I think the steps would be:

1. Remove all moss with a flathead screwdriver. Actually, get the kids to remove all moss.

2. Fill all cracks with polymeric sand and do the wetting that that requires afterward to set it. Is this right? I assume some kind of polymeric was there before, they wouldn’t have just set the stones with nothing in between?

3. A friend suggested I use Wet and Forget to remove mold, etc. because you’re not supposed to power wash these stones. I’ve heard good things about W&F.

Am I on the right track? Any suggestions? Thanks.
