Wish I could help sort out the good ones too, have tried several brands from different sources and some are quite thin and useless but haven't run across an unraveling one yet. After each season I'll remove the used tapes from the dead plants and save the tapes for next season. Just wash them in a 5 gal bucket with a soapy bleach solution to prevent any transfer of diseases, blights, etc. to next year's plants. I can get an extra 3-4 years of recycling out of the good brands.
