I need this area to have a stackable front load washer dryer, fridge, stove, microwave extra large laundry sink counter space, toilet, cabinet storage space for as much as possible and still have access to the mechanical on the wall to be very industrial ... Navy Seal style... If I can keep some of the window in the back ground for natural light ... the desk areas are needed but can be reduced. I need very creative, effecient space. This area is used all day everyday for setting up outdoor adventures in a small space.

I want it to look and be very modern and clean looking. Stainless steel appliances... and I forgot to mention.... very little budget

i think that like with all great seating the throne should be in the center of the room. we can then make sure that the window opens directly onto it. it would spare room on the wall.and we can put the desk next with a customer chair we can run a circular shower curtain around for any needs for privacy. that should allow space along the wall for everything else.

Seriously, draw a diagram of the space with measurements. And are you even able to put in the plumbing for the toilet?

here you go... all in one kitchen; portable toilet; portable washer & spin dryer.. you could just an RV and park it outside the window.. it will have what you need. :-)
