How to hide cords behind an open backsided end table

I have an end table between two recliners and the backside can be seen from front door and people walking through. There are several cords from lampmetc on the table dangling down the back in sight with a power strip having several cords on floor also in sight. How do I clean up this unsightly area.?

    Difficult to say without seeing a photo, but is it possible to attach the power strip to the underside of the table out of sight? You could then have just one cord running down to the floor, possibly attached to the inside of one of the table legs. You could also shorten or gather together the other cables.
