Pictures ?? I concealed mine with painting them the same as the wall...in your case perhaps the roof color ...?
Anyhow they will stick out no matter what ...
I need to see photos ..but , in the meantime Can you move them down a bit ...put them against the walls of house ..then paint them the same color .
Any installer can add some air conditioning wires and tubing and extend it a bit . Ask someone to help you ....?

This is very common in Arizona but being from the East Coast I really hate them. I’ve thought about fake chimneys or couplers. Cupolas no couplers

I’m having trouble uploading my pictures for some reason. Basically I have two air-conditioning units smack on my roof and I cannot figure out how to conceal them.

@Franco Oyuela - the OP is not talking about inside units. In Scottsdale it is common to have a rooftop a/c unit. It isn't ideal from a looks POV. My daughter and her husband also lived in a home built in the 1960s in Scottsdale with a rooftop unit - and they just ignored it. It does take some getting used to. Eventually they moved :) Maybe one of the others has dealt with it in another way.
