Love the red washer and dryer! If you could do anything you wanted down there, what would you do?

OMG...if I could do anything! Well, I have attached some pictures of ideas that I actually found on the Houzz weekly emails. I know we would like (or should I say 'I' would like since I do most of the laundry :0) ) a space for the laundry that has the front loading washer and dryer stacked so we could fit in a utility sink. I also love the idea of hanging a dryer rack on the wall along with knobs for hanging clothing items as shown in one of the pictures. Some counter space for folding and storing clothing as well as laundry essential items (detergent, stain remover, etc.). The last piece is not as important, but it would be great to put a small window in the room since that portion of the wall of the basement is above ground. The last picture I am adding is for a small bathroom idea, which is about all we can fit in the space! We really would just need a toilet and sink, but if there were a way to squeeze in a small shower that would be great. We plan on including a small bar on the opposite wall of the bathroom since in one direction it will lead to the future theater room, and the other future entertainment room. I know this has nothing to do with the laundry room/bathroom , but my husband is also planning on making a really neat nook for our son (and future children) under the stairwell so I included a picture of that idea just for fun!

Oops, forgot the pic of the kids nook...something like this, but it will have a barn-like swinging door and an 'upstairs and downstairs'.
