My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

So how far does the sliding track shutter stick out?

It would be nice if it was flush with the wall especially since I have a sectional that will be in front of part of it..

    Well this is a sliding door application. The reality is that you can never have an inside mount / flush mount on a sliding door. We have a very attractive moulding that frames the panels and creates the inside mount look however. Flush no but, incredibly beautiful, absolutely.
