what does the other side look like? same distance? I would think I would want some "back wall" that isn't screened, but not sure what the over all look is?

I would need to see the house from further back but at first glance I would do siding there to give some connection to the house

We had somewhat of the same problem. We decided just to put siding inside and out on that section. Besides it gave us a little privacy from the neighbors. Sorry my pictures aren’t very good, but it might give you some idea.
